Be aware of the following conditions

• Rebate is valid only for PECO natural gas customers in our natural gas service area in Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery counties and for qualified equipment purchase. Residences and businesses within Philadelphia County receive their natural gas service from PGW and therefore are not eligible for PECO rebates.
• Customer must have an active meter installed by PECO.
• A separate form must be completed for each premise or service address.
• One rebate per household.
• New construction is not eligible for PECO natural gas rebates.
• Replace your current oil, propane or electric heating system with a natural gas heating system.
• The new natural gas heating system must be the sole or main source of heat in the home or business.
• The program runs January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. Customers must provide a dated paid receipt.
• Documentation including the signed rebate form and the dated, paid receipt that lists the contractor name, address, phone number, equipment make, complete model number, installation date and AFUE must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. The forms must be sent to the address indicated on the rebate form and postmarked by December 31, 2010 to be considered eligible for a rebate payment.
• Rebate checks are processed within 4 to 6 weeks after the completed form is received. An incomplete form cannot be processed. A PECO representative may contact you by phone or mail in order to complete the rebate form.
